Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds can be requested for orders at any time before the status of the order is changed from “Processing.” Once the order status is updated beyond “Processing,” we will no longer be able to process a refund.
2. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team via email at sowdambigafuels@gmail.com or by calling our helpline at +91 7094466677. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
3. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Policy:

1. We do not accept returns for opened or used items. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused, to be eligible for a return.
2. Returns are not allowed for Barrel orders. If you have purchased lubricants in barrels, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for these items.
3. For empty barrels, we offer the option of an exchange for cash at the market price for the empty barrel at the time of return. Please note that the market price may vary and will be determined by our staff at the time of return.
4. Returns for unopened items can only be initiated within 4 days of delivery. After this time frame, we are unable to accept returns for any unopened items.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact our customer service team via email at sowdambigafuels@gmail.com or by calling our helpline at +91 7094466677. Provide your order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the items. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Once we receive the returned items and they are inspected to ensure they meet the return criteria, we will process the return based on the applicable terms.
